Why Servicing Matters
Has your vacuum cleaner started to misbehave? Not picking up properly, cutting out, or generally not performing as it used to do? Then it’s probably time for a service. Our standard service includes a full strip down & examination, new filters, new drive belt, unblocking & cleaning out all the airways, pressure cleaning the cyclone assembly, (and converting to latest Dyson spec if necessary). We also carry out an electrical safety test and give the cleaner a full valet, and it will come home looking and performing like the day you bought it.
The Servicing Process
Booking In
When you bring your cleaner in, we take your contact details and book it in to our repairs system.
Inspection
Our engineer will inspect your cleaner and diagnose any faults or issues.
Fault Report/Quote
We will then complete a fault report and update you of the findings and cost of repair.
Strip Appliance Down
Once approved, we will then strip the appliance down into individual components ready for repair.
Cleaning Process
We then put the cleaner through a multi stage cleaning process before beginning the repair.
Repair and Reassemble
Once clean, we carry out the repair and reassemble the machine.
P.A.T. Testing
To ensure electrical safety, the appliance is then P.A.T. tested and labelled.
Final Inspection
Once ready, the machine is then sent for a final inspection to make sure everything is ready.
Booking Out
Once certified as ready, we complete the booking out process on our system.
Preparation for Collection
We then package the machine in a sealed bag ready for collection and transport home.
Customer Check
When you arrive back in store, the machine will be brought out for you to inspect.
Pay and Go
That's it. You pay the bill and receive your machine complete with our guarantee.

How Long Will It Take?
We aim to complete all vacuum cleaner repairs within 2 working days. If parts need to be ordered, it may take slightly longer but we will always advise in advance.

All work carried out comes complete with a 12 month parts and labour warranty.
What If I Can't Be Without A Vacuum Cleaner?
If you will face issues being without a cleaner while it is being repaired, we have courtesy cleaners available while yours is with us if needed.
